Terry Bowden has worked on renovations since the 1980s, and along with his youngest son Justin, combine over 60 years of experience to help you achieve your goals on time and on budget.

Terry and Justin share a passion for Queensland Character homes, and specialise in excavating under or raising and restumping houses, building-in underneath and renovating and extending existing homes. In fact, over our many years working on Queenslander homes, we have successfully completed just about every conceivable type of renovation.

Terry and Justin have strong selection criteria for their tradesmen. They must have a feel for the older Queenslander homes, have a proven track record in the renovation industry, be good problem solvers, and become permanent employees, not subbies just looking for the next job with another builder.

Our Trade subcontractors, who have worked alongside us many years, in the main consist also of family run businesses that offer experience, care, reliability and a cost effective approach.

Good renovation work at times is slow and meticulous and it is our attention to detail that makes or breaks a renovation.
