What We Offer
This forgotten beauty, located on a desirable suburban street, has now been fully updated to become an enviable showpiece, demonstrating how renovations can transform housed into homes. Set on a challenging, sloping block, with overland flow issues and council services running beneath the home, the build here allowed for a full-sized family home all on one level, with the potential to enclose underneath in the future and develop further. Then renovation included 4 bedrooms, walk in robe and ensuite, new bathroom with separate WC, custom kitchen with butlers pantry, and a large open plan living and dining area opening onto a covered entertainers deck and backyard.
This completely renovated Queenslander became a magnificent family home over approximately 7 months. Characterised by the features of yesteryear including formal and informal living areas, decorative picture rails, vaulted sitting room and display cabinetry, the striking transformation also included a new kitchen with butler's pantry, new ensuite and walk-in robe, new bathrooms and study, and newly polished timber floors and internal stairs.
This picturesque family home, situated on an elevated corner block, hosts welcoming front and rear entries, and utilises the central kitchen and living areas to maximise entertaining space. Along with a new open plan kitchen design, combined lounge and dining areas, and an expansive rear deck, further building renovations including a large master bedroom with “Statement” ensuite, feature tiling, window box seating and stunning custom cabinetry have re-energised this original modest Queenslander home.
This was a major Queenslander renovation which involved a house raise and build under. The home renovation involved conversion from a 2 bedroom house to a 5 bedroom plus study home. The entire renovation project took approximately 9 months from start to finish.
This traditional Queenslander Character Home became a fully renovated Queenslander, including raising to legal height and building in underneath. We added a new kitchen and bathrooms, new painting, plumbing and electrical. We replaced the front wrap-around verandah and added a rear and side deck. Extensive earthworks were required given the sloping block and the addition of an inground pool.
A 2 bedroom character home renovation transformed this home to become a 4 bedroom family home. Lift and full build underneath. 2 car garage with mezzanine storage, mudroom, rumpus room with bar, rear deck with full outdoor kitchen overlooking inground pool, pool house with bathroom and gymnasium, new gourmet kitchen including butler’s pantry, new bathrooms upstairs and down, all new painting, plumbing and electrical throughout.
100-year-old Grand Queenslander home renovation, raised, with harmonious upper and lower floor design to create balanced visual street appeal. The renovation involved modernising the home while retaining the original character that the owners loved. The character home renovation included a rear extension with entertaining patio overlooking outdoor pool, 4 bedrooms, high ceilings, gourmet kitchen, modern bathrooms, and large open plan living areas incorporating a light filled void.
The owners had a vision for their new home and were unsure whether to renovate or demolish and build new. The home renovation exceeded their expectations with the finished building renovation looking just like a new home build. The renovation delivered an extension and build in underneath transforming the original 2 bedroom home to a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom family home, with multiple living areas and an outdoor deck overlooking the inground pool.
This Queenslander renovation was completed over 9 months. The building renovation replaced the rear 9 metres of the existing home with a huge open plan 18 metre building extension to accommodate a new internal staircase, kitchen, living areas and deck. The remainder of the original home was converted into an expansive “Parent’s Retreat” with master bedroom, complete with ensuite, spacious walk-in dressing room and private formal lounge and dining, with adjoining deck. The new lower level of the home boasts two large bedrooms, study/fourth bedroom, bathroom, mudroom, laundry and living area leading to the lower deck and pool.
The full renovation of this 100 year old Workers Cottage required the demolition of the existing rear bathroom, kitchen and deck to allow for a 12 metre extension as well as the stripping out and replacement of all the existing internal linings. The character home renovation delivered 3 bedrooms, main with large ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, designer kitchen and spacious open plan living leading to a 4mx8m rear deck.
This inner-city Queenslander was renovated to be the perfect, modern family home. The designer kitchen, complete with Caesarstone benchtops, is the heart of the home, and adjoins the open-plan living area, which leads seamlessly onto the covered balcony. The master bedroom features a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, while the second bedroom has stunning French doors that open onto a private front verandah. The third and fourth bedrooms are complete with built-ins. With quintessential Queenslander high ceilings, bathroom with free-standing tub and 3-car garage, this Queenslander home renovation has delivered the perfect home for raising a family.
With a young family to consider, the owners wanted to retain this cottage as a lowset home so the house was lifted, restumped and set back down in its original place. The home renovation involved demolishing the existing back half of the house, rebuilding and extending to provide the new family bathroom, children’s play room, open plan kitchen and living and deck. In the remaining original section, the old floor was overlaid with solid Blackbutt flooring to match the new with rooms configured to create 3 bedrooms with WIR and ensuite to the main.
This unrenovated highset 3 bedroom character home was extensively excavated underneath and lowered on the block, becoming a fully renovated two storey 5 bedroom + study family home, with large open plan living upstairs and down, multiple living areas, rear tiled patio and pool.
This unrenovated 3 bedroom Cottage in poor condition was fully renovated to a 5 bedroom Colonial, including ensuite, bathroom and powder rooms, Juliet balcony over the rear deck overlooking outdoor pool and putting green. Open plan lounge and dining areas, gourmet kitchen and wine cellar, impressive entry foyer and oversized garage.
